Our client is a leading IT & outsourced business services provider with extensive reach across India. They offer a wide bouquet of services across the value chain, focusing on Retail Banks, Insurance, Telecom, Retail, PSU and Government segments. The offerings span application services, systems integration, IT infrastructure management, IT training businesses, transaction printing etc.

The client is looking for a National Service Delivery Head based out of Mumbai.

Experience: 20+ years of experience in managing IT Infrastructure outsourced Delivery operations.

The prospective candidate should be an astute Professional with hands on exposure into:

- IT Infrastructure Project Management & Operations

- System, Network & Database Administration

- Datacenter Operations & Presales

- IT Account Service Delivery

- Capacity & Business continuity Designing & Planning

- Disaster Recovery (DR) Design & Implementation

The prospective candidate should have managed a large operation having at least 3000+ resources.
