National Service Delivery Head - IT

Responsibilities:

- Maintain 100% uptime of POS and ERP application across offices, stores and warehouse across the chain.

- Deliver new IT infrastructure for new store locations, offices and warehouse locations.

- Budget planning and ensure all spends are within plan.

- Knowledge on cyber security and regulatory policies and ensuring compliance. Design and implement fool proof secure network solutions.

- Mentor and train front end network operations team in installation, configuration and maintenance.

- Automate routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems such as back-ups, patch management and hot fixes.

- Co-ordinate with all service providers and collaborate for development and updates for ERP, POS software, cloud services and analytics firm.

- Play role of Admin for ERP system (in-house).

- Support business stakeholders by understanding their requirements and designing efficient solutions.

- Document and design controls and processes. Continuously improve as well as enhance capability across systems.

Requirements:

- BSc Comp Science, B.Tech Comp Engg

- 10+ Years of relevant exposure, retail exposure is an added advantage

- Proven experience in front end IT

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Comfort to work in start-up environment

- Analytical skills
