The incumbent should be responsible for the following
- Designed modules on Basic Selling Skills, Product knowledge, Distributor Management, In-store Excellence for Promoters, Merchandising Essentials, Sales Effectiveness.
Work on Sales Capability Model
- Do gap analysis at all levels and conduct programmes at all levels to build team capability
- Create platforms for achieving monthly sales target through hi- end training workshops
- To support in the development of the launch modules on the range of products
- Roll out technology initiatives like Palm Tops, Sales Portal and Distributor Automation
- Designed and Standardised metrics at each level and built a robust process for improving efficiency
- Improvement on ECO, TLS, Productivity, Coverage, MSS Compliance - Significant improvements achieved in the metrics
- Ensure achievement of Distribution Big Bets for the Region
- Better execution in the field - Wholesale Management Program, Signature Project, Scheme utilisation, New Product Launch Management, Sub-stockist Management
