There is an opening with a leading manufacturing company for the position of National Sales Training Head

Profile :

- Proven skills in transforming sales division from directing to coaching mode

- Demonstrated ability to build systematic sales process through Goal Alignment, Lean in sales & Automation

- Extensive experience in setting up and managing business operations & process which require deep understanding of critical business drivers in multiple markets and industries

- Should be able to create process structures for smooth understanding of training workforce. Endorsed skills in breaking new avenues & driving revenue growth and proactively conducting opportunity analysis by keeping abreast of market trends/ competitor's moves

- Proficient in sales training & coaching. Enhance performance through identify & bridge the gap, help to refine working pattern, motivating and rewarding

- Establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with reliable partners, thereby resulting in building capability
