Accountable for developing and implementing Sales Strategy for B2B business (Wealth/Broking/BFSI)
- Responsibility for defining & designing the group sales strategy, along with the successful communication and delivery of the strategy.
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Responsible and accountable for developing and executing business strategies to deliver growth in accordance with the groups strategic business plans.
- Responsibility of building strategies for new business lines in line with proposed budgeted growth
- Develop and ensure sales procedures are maintained by sharing best practice and continual improvement
- Formulation and implementation of interventions to deliver sustained performance in terms of securing new business opportunities, increased customer acquisition.
- Build up the USP of products across geographies to tap continuous growth opportunities
- Guide and direct Sales activity across the Group to maximize the potential of the Group's products and services
- Team up with various internal and external business stakeholders to formulate and implement growth strategies.
- Supporting CSO to Conducts one-on-one review with all Zonal Sales Heads to build more effective communications, to understand business development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales performance
- Publish & Review various business reports on the status of growth indicating current status and provide guidance and recommendations for improvements
- Formulation and implementation of interventions to deliver sustained performance and new business opportunities
- To guide and direct profitable activity to maximize the potential of products and services, to support delivery against KPI's and targets.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding business performance.
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
- To budget the requisition for manpower planning and ensure the training needs of the branches are met.
- To strategies new initiatives and make sure of the implementation at regional level
