About Role : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our client's Channel Sales team. As the National Sales Manager - Channel Sales, your role will be pivotal in expanding our market presence and driving growth through the expansion of our existing channel sales network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy that aligns with the company's sales objectives and growth targets.

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, resellers, and other stakeholders to drive mutual success.

- Identify and on-board new channel partners while ensuring alignment with the company's values and objectives.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to make informed decisions about product positioning and channel strategies.

- Set ambitious sales targets for the team and monitor their performance against these targets, taking necessary actions to ensure their achievement.

- Train, develop, and supervise sales and distribution personnel to propel revenue growth.

- Generate accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges.

- Develop strategies for launching new products to achieve a broader and quicker market penetration.

- A solid grasp of both existing and emerging market geography is essential, along with vigilant monitoring of competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge.

- Analytical mind-set with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Putting the customer's needs at the forefront and aligning strategies to deliver value.

- Ability to lead, motivates, and develops a geographically dispersed sales team for optimal performance.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools.

- Willing to engage in extensive travel across India to facilitate business expansion.
