Position Title : National Sales Manager
Products : Surgical & Sutures
Area Responsible for : PAN India
Direct Reportees : Regional Managers & ASM KOL engagement
- Build. engage and retain KOLs and maintaining continuity in generation of regular business, involved in discussions with senior management.
- Managing and maintaining a high service level to the key opinion leaders through seamless supply chain management.
Business Development :
- Generating new prospects by meeting potential customers.
- Managing existing clientele, developing proposals & negotiating agreements.
- Coverage and conversion of corporate business across broad spectrum of consumer products and services, Consumer reach through development of distributor/partner network spread optimally across markets.
- Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments for attainment of periodical targets with a view to optimize revenue.
- Initiating/ developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.
- Identifying prospective clients from sectors such as corporate and generate business from the existing, thereby achieve business targets.
Channel Management :
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers/channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
- Ensuring cost effective logistic operations & seamless materials movement to ascertain sufficient inventory levels at each sales outlet.
- Evaluating performance & monitoring distributor sales and marketing activities.
- Guiding and training channel staff to enable achievement of pre-set sales targets.
Team Management :
- Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales- operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Scheduling individual/ team assignments to achieve the pre set goals within time, quality & cost- parameters.
