- Contribute towards development of customer/client acquisition and retention strategy to spur profitable growth in PV modules and Channel Sales for domestic markets. Co-develop branding strategy in line with defined organizational strategy, for effective positioning across target stakeholder groups Develop and monitor the distribution network to gain market visibility and drive channel sales
- Present Annual business plan, strategy and roadmap in line with the organization's growth targets Participate in various CII/FICCI/Solar Quarter events and also work to get speaker slots for your self to get higher visibility.
- Facilitate finalization of the annual SNGA budgets for all regions; Decide on the allocation for various activities across regions; Monitor adherence to the budgetsStategic Pricing: Co-develop & ensure deployment of stategic pricing model in line with company guidelines
- Monitor and control realization of LC (through periodic MIS reviews) to drive the timely payments to ensure cashflowsTracking of ABG's and return of ABG post the validity expires
- Achieving Order Book Targets for the year by having strategic tie-ups with Tier -1 Key Account for Module Sales Develop Key Account Relationship matrix and develope relationship upto CXO level.Ensure optimal management of inventory of PV modules streamlining stock flow at CWH
- Provide module supply contract and relevant information to legal , contracts and commercial team and provide feedback for modifications on the first drafts; gain approval on the contract based on coverage of scope defined and also a principal approval on terms from other parties involved.
- Performance Management: Drive a performance driven culture in the organization by timely submission of performance review and feedback to RM. Set and define Rocks/KRA's and discuss the same with Superior for changes/approval, complete self assessment review and manager review(Mid year & annual)form in Darwin Box.Plans for and deploys optimum manpower across regions to enhance reach while maximizing productivity of the department
