Position:- NSM/Head Of Sales based at Delhi for Snacks Business
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
2. Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
3. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
4. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
7. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
8. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients- needs
9. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
Requirements :
1. Proven work experience as a National sales manager
2. Experience managing a high performance sales team
3. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
4. An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
5. Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
6. Strong communication and team management skills
7. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
8. Availability to travel as needed
Desired Profile of Candidate:
- Candidate should be an MBA from a reputed institute and have relevant job experience. He should manifest high level of energy. Should be a strong communicator and have good interpersonal skills. Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications, and ability to plan and execute are desired.
- Candidate having experience in industries with a strong distribution reach to end consumers, such as FMCG are only preferred
