Position Overview:
This National Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring that Robot department meets or exceeds sales, revenue and profit targets through effective management and scheduling of all work, and effectively leading sales team. Perform technical sales management, lead and mentor sales team and provide leadership direction to attaining & closing new sales leads and deals in a timely manner
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishes and achieves strategic departmental goals to match corporate objectives and achieve Robot sales targets.
- Lead the Robot Sales team to achieve Organizational Goals.
- Work with Senior Management team to determine most effective and efficient directions and process for growing company sales and revenues;
- Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts.
- Report on Business plan, Budgets, monthly achievements to Management, Internal report preparation for monthly presentations / financial statement preparation. Ability to analyze the business reports of Managers and engineers and take necessary measures.
- Forecast and order for packages in co-ordination with Production. Preparation of action plan for maintaining minimal inventory and optimize the Delivery time.
Profile expectation
- BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Mechatronics.
- Thorough knowledge of Robotic field, Robotic Applications and Project management.
- 12-20 years of professional experience, minimum 5 years supervisory experience with minimum 7 years- experience selling technical Turnkey solutions.
- Strong external and internal customer skills for good communication to direct reports, to other departments and to upper management.
