National Sales Manager
Strategic Planning & Vision :
1. Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and revenue opportunities
2. Prepare an annual and multiyear strategic plan and develop (& monitor) execution of the same
3. Build, lead and develop the team to support the overall plan
4. Build relationships with customers to establish long-term business growth
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by capturing consumer insights and developing an implementable action plan
6. Analyse and deliver periodic reporting to the management
Online Department
1. Execute on the global strategy to drive profitable online channel growth and constantly look for potential to increase selling
2. Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
3. Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment
4. Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance
5. Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
Offline Department
MT/GT/Own Store
1. Develop Offline operations in India
2. New store opening : Responsible for identifying, planning and launching of two new stores in the Western and Northern region by March 2021
3. Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand and maximise performance
4. Conduct promotion and investment analysis to identify key drivers of Growth
5. Track the performance and profitability of the store
6. Maintain service standards while implementing effective control measures to reduce running costs of the store
7. Any other role or business activity that may be required by the management from time to time.
