Reports to : Head Enterprise Sales, part of the leadership core team
Function : Sales/ Enterprise Sales
Key Responsibilities :
- This is a leadership sales role. Person will be responsible for a National role enterprise and consumer domain.
- Develop sales strategy for Pan India
- Manage sales team and drive business goals of the Org
- Achievement of sales targets for the given enterprise clients
- New business development: Acquire strategic, high value clients spread across multiple industry verticals.
- Retention of existing business
- Drive CXO level engagement and build effective client relationship
- Grow business from existing clients by cross selling multiple products / logistics solutions
- Maintain quality of business (yield)

- 12+yrs of B2B Enterprise Sales in CRM/SCM, IT Systems
- Experience in Retail - Consumer Durable & Electronics segment
- Must have forward thinking attitude with Entrepreneurial mind set & who wants to make a strong impact and bring in the difference
- Courageous decision maker, with minimal dependency and without fear of failure
- Experience with managing clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- MBA Graduates from top ranked institution would be preferred
