Job description
Skillset: National Sales Manager, National Sales Head. Growth Hacker. Sales Tracking and Planning. Building Revenue streams. Aiming Annual Sales Targets. Brand Awareness. Generating Inbound and outbound leads. Business Promotional Activities.
- Managing and motivating a team to achieve growth targets as well as sales targets
- Out-the-box thinker in creating packages, revenue streams and channels
- Generating leads, building relationships, and closing transactions
- Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning
- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary
Desired Skills
- Strong people management and coaching skills, Market intelligence and business planning
- Experience in retaining a high performance sales team and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans, proven business analysis and judgement with the ability to proactively manage business and P&L; to meet objectives

- Physical Requirement - Flexible in traveling across India.
