Job Description - You would be reporting to the CMO and responsible for leading the entire sales force of the company You would devise strategies for expanding sales in the region by interacting with CXO level executives
- You will be based out of Delhi/NCR and would be responsible for managing the sales force catering to the B2B clients of the organization
- Ensure increase in market share and generation of leads by the sales force
- Set revenue targets and devising strategies to achieve them at a national level
- Recruit, train and mentor the sales force
The Successful Candidate - You should have done MBA in Marketing and should have a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing. You should have experience in handling sales teams across India. You should have experience in working with architects, contractors and project authorities. You should have good communication skills along with a goal driven attitude.
