ROLE SPECIFICATIONS : - To lead the national sales team. - To manage national trade marketing, forecasting, incentive planning. - To build business relations &amp; distribution with salon partners with a personal focus on key accounts, chain of salons. - To lead functional capability building across levels of sales team. - To work with technical and marketing HODs to fructify objectives at each salon. EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - 12+ years of Professional industry experience in sales roles. MBA (preferred). - The candidate should have led large and complex teams in the industry. - He/She should have handled Pan India sales roles (or large regional roles) in previous organizations. - Must have experience of scaling up business in the professional industry. SKILLS REQUIRED: - Must be strong on people management and interpersonal skills. - Should have relationship management acumen along with good communication and administrative skills. - Must be high energy and passionate about new business development and fashion.
