National Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Recommend the overall business strategy, including distribution strategy (hospital, retail & wholesale structure), customer service, trade marketing, people deployment and development
- Increase market penetration by executing strategies for gaining new customers and developing customer relationships in defined market segments and key accounts
- Regularly visit key customers and maintain network of key opinion leaders, through user trials, pre sales and post sales education and training etc. to reinforce the relationship and understand gaps
- Provide market and competitor information to the marketing team to support the targeting, pricing and product development processes.
- Negotiation of price with Corporates and Margin with the Distributors to maximize profitability Responsible for forecasting the Sales trend for the future
- Contribute to the enhancement of team through leading sales meetings, CMEs and other company functions.
- Develop and implement suitable sales and commercial processes and controls to monitor and track market coverage by team, inventory, sales - especially secondary sales, order generation, distributor profitability, and accounts receivables from Distributors, and timely distributor claim settlement
- Track competitive activity and acquire competitive intelligence
- Motivates and guides the team to successfully overachieve the assigned targets.
- Identifies training needs and nominates for training.
- Carry out mediations throughout the employee life cycle for career growth. List includes but not limited to carrying out Induction, Creation of Learning pathways, On the job training and optimizing team potential.

Profile:- Bachelor in Science / B.Pharma
- PG degree in Business Management (Preferable)
- Prior experience in sales / product management/key account management mix
- Start-up / Nascent MNC experience; "Entrepreneurial" mind set
