- Looking for National Sales Manager for handling complete ownership of P & L, business development, operations and growth of Doctor Business in the cities (PAN India).
- National Sales Manager will be the custodian to drive entire gamut of Sales and will play a strategic role in building the brand to drive business and sustain profitability.
- We are looking for somebody purely from a Medical Rep / Pharma background.
Responsibility :
- Spearhead the sales strategy, build a high performing team and execute end-to-end growth for Doctor Business.
- Create, develop & lead PAN India programs and action plans for field sales towards Doctor On-boarding and ensure its implementation.
- Establish Doctor networks across all regions and strategize the launch & placement for product regionally.
- Accountable for marketing programs linking to measurable outcomes and revenue for Doctor Business.
- Work with BU heads, Leadership team, Product managers, Marketing team, Customer Support Team and external vendors to maximize transactions and traffic in the Doctor Business.
- Build Regional Talent, recruit and train sales employees for effective delivery and help them seal deals for on-boarding doctors.
- Schedule regular team meetings to develop the capabilities of the reportees by ongoing coaching and regular performance reviews.
- Establish metrics, reporting, processes and benchmarks to measure performance and to gather insights on new ideas to drive growth.
- Participate in market strategy building by providing useful information from sales activities

Qualifications :
- We are looking for somebody purely from a Medical Rep / Pharma background.
- Min 8+ years of sales experience in a Pharma Industry.
- UG from a Tier 1 College / MBA from a Tier 1 B-School would be an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial DNA a must. Previous start-up experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, data-driven and P&L focused decision-making
