Qualification: B.SC/Pharma Graduate/UG with 15-20 years of relevant experience managing sales force of 2-3 zones
Job Description:
- Management of large sales force across zones.
- Driving strategies to achieve business goals
- Recruitment, training and development of sales teams
- Execute and manage new product launches etc.
- Ability to Handle western region sales and northern region sales
- Should have delivered pharma sales up to 50cr per region
- Should have handled teams at least 20 to 30 people
- Should have sales & marketing experience in cardio and diabetology
