Job Description - Reporting to the Business Head, your key responsibilities will entail:
- Planning and developing the sales infrastructure in line with aggressive business plans for a new division.
- Building and developing a high performance team of Regional Managers (Direct Reporters), Area Sales Managers and Front line FF (Pan India) to effectively achieve business objectives.
- Conceptualizing, developing and establishing sales effectiveness monitoring matrices and managing the entire process across the sales hierarchy through detailed Sops, SLAs, documentation, analysis and actionable insights.
- Analysing and reviewing market response/requirements and formulating effective, measured responses to meet the sales and business requirements.
- Providing thought leadership and strategic orientation to the business for achieving competitive advantage and long term business goals.
The Successful Candidate -
- You will have a full time management degree with 15 to 20 years of sales experience and minimum 5 years of leading a zone.
- You should have extensive knowledge, understanding and working experience with channel partners such as super stockists, stockists, wholesellers, retailers, etc.
- You possess sound business acumen and expert understanding of commercial skills including ROI, DSO, Credit Fundamentals, etc.
- You have an established track record of demonstrating methodical result orientation and disciplined execution
