About our Client - Our Client is one of the leading health care brands in the world with over 15,000 employees worldwide. Their products are sold in over 100 countries and are recognized as one of the pioneers in their industry. They have been in India for over 20 years and have a diverse portfolio of products. They are looking to recruit a National Sales Manager to drive their Pharmaceutical business forward.
Job Description - Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
- Driving the business forward
- Leading a large team
- Formulating long term plans and sales strategies
- Managing key relationships and developing new business
- Ensuring successful launch of new products
- Managing the P&L of the vertical
The Successful Candidate - You will be a university graduate with atleast 13 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You should have atleast 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/health care industry with exposure in dealing with generic drugs. You shave tremendous sales experience, specifically in dealing with channel and retail partners. You should have lead large teams and have experience of building business from scratch. You should have an entrepreneurial streak and great leadership skills.
