National Sales Manager at Gurgaon
OBJECTIVES
- Achieve sales and marketting goals and objectives.
- Assist in the formulation of strategic plans for the Pharma business in India.
- Lead Sales, Marketing and Sales training efforts for the business as a coherant team to achieve short, medium and long term goals.
- Lead, implement and drive company HR processes among Pharma team members
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate and implement strategies in sales, marketing, customer acquisition & retention to deliver short term goals and long-term sustainable growth.
- Manage the sales and distribution channel to ensure timely availability of products at customers’ end. Work with Logistics team to appoint distributors as per plan.
- Look for and create opportunity to develop organizational capability, strengthen sales process and increase profitability
- Focus on costs and efficiency to contribute to a healthy bottom-line
- Lead Sales, Marketing, and technical training efforts for the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOL’s
- Create, maintain and bring in continuous process improvement to enhance effectiveness, speed and customer focus
- Developing talent to fulfil organisational talent requirement for future.
- Coach and mentor direct reports
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Financial : Revenue, Costs, Cash Flow, Days Sales Outstandings
- Customer / Market : Share, distribution, sales health, productivity
- Marketing / Brand : Brand Equity, growth programs.
EDUCATION:
- MBA/ PGDM
- B Pharm/M Pharm/B Sc/M Sc - desirable
