Hiring for one of the leading fintech Nbfc.

Looking for candidates driving business through DSA channel

Role & Responsibilities:

- Own the P&L of personal loan business and meet the targets set by the management

- Build and handle the team of Regional Managers/Area Managers, around 50 people under the span of control

- Timely imparting training on product line to team members with a view to build a strong sales team

- Diversify the sources of business generated by making strategic tie-ups with prospective business partners

- Coordinate various promotional activities to increase the profitability

- Conduct market analysis & tracking the moves of the competitor

- Connect with channel partners across the country

Required Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in Lending Business

- 8+ years of experience in Personal Loans DSA

- Strong team building and interpersonal skills

- Digital mindset, able to contribute in making digital process and policies
