We currently have an opportunity for National Sales Manager -Payment Wallet, based out of Bangalore handling Pan India with a Leading Payment Solutions Organisation.
Position : National Sales Manager - Payment Wallet
Location : Bangalore (handling PAN India)
Qualification : Grad / MBA
Exp : 10 to 15 yrs
Reporting to : Head Business & Operations
Reportees : Regional Sales Managers / Area Sales Manager / Sales Managers / Distributors & Channel Partners.
Preferably from Payment Business experience
Must have handled large Teams & distribution sales.
Brief :
- Good Experience in handling Large Distribution sales Network.
- Setting up and implementing strategies in the respective territories.
- Knowledge & Exp in Payment solution business is an added advantage.
- Experience in handling large teams is a must.
- Develop & own Pan India business plan to drive revenue growth and sales leadership in the region.
- Drive implementation of agreed business plan in Distribution sales and eco system development to meet biz goals
- Develop a strong and efficient customer engagement program to promote trail, adoption and increase usage of the platform
- Define parameters and plan for merchant sign ups to create an effective eco system in urban and rural markets
- Joint working with Retail and Marketing teams for execution of agreed roadmap
- Develop cross promotion with marketing team
- Responsible for Pan India Distribution Sales
- Management of cost, Budget and other monies to maximize business impact
- Continuous improvement in consumer promotion quality and high level of customer mind share
Looking for :
- Overall 10-15 years in Retail and Distribution, experience from Payment Business.
- Strong experience of managing new businesses right from delivery planning to realization
- Experience of working with large teams & organizations in various capacities in sales, project/program manager
- Experience of managing large, vendors & ensuring their ROIs
- Experience to manage large programs in multi-vendor and multi-product setup with stringent deadlines and quality expectations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Clear, concise business communication style with attention to details
- Experience to interact with senior business and Operations executives
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with program stakeholders
- Experience in defining governance models and ensure implementations
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
