Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Team Management
- Lead the pan India Business Development team
- Set team targets in terms of sales figures and territorial spread
- Provide sound techno-commercial knowledge on ADFORS product range
Dealer Development
- Build up robust pan India dealer network
- Appoint dealer in untapped and potential territories
- Facilitate regular training for marketing and application for all dealers
Product Management
- Work on appropriate product range for Indian market
- Be responsible for stocks including forecasting and prompt liquidation
- Provide technical and application support
Business Development
- Promote nationwide product awareness amongst influencers
- Create network amongst Architects and Builders in all key territories.Product specification in Government departments and mega projects
Technical Competencies:
- Focus on achieving results, action plans for the same, driving the same and reporting progress.
- Team Leadership & Communication - ensure proper communication on strategies to the team. Proper leadership to grow the team into a strong commercial unit.
- Strong Networking skills to deal with local and international teams to achieve results.
