Job Description for NSM:
Need candidates who has handled OTC product and are into Retail sales.
- Direct and coordinate company sales function.
- Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.
- Stockist management & Infrastructure development
- Merchandising and developing BTL activities
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
- Develop and manage sales and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
- Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
- Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.
- Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- Attracting and retaining sales talent
- Training and development
- Attrition control and management
