- Drive promotional campaigns and strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing plans and customer engagement programs.
Operational Excellence:
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal inventory management and availability of oncology products nationwide.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports, market analysis, and competitor insights to senior management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and product launches.
- Partner with medical, regulatory, and R&D teams to align sales strategies with product and market requirements.
