- Should have handled large team size in OEM, acquired, retained and developed customers
- Should have experience in dealing in Automotive, Machinery, Power equipments etc
- Business- Strategic & Tactical planing & implementation of 2016 & 2020 sales strategy. Timely correction of negative trends by: Swift and correct reporting to management
Realisation of revenue growth / assuring production continuity / increasing marketshare
- Market Segmentation: Focus on key market segments in Machinery, Automation to generate both breadth & depth of customers. Cover geography to create critical mass to generate sustainable market share
- Coordination : He/She will drive Key Account Management, Global Account Coordination and provide strategic direction & account penetration to generate cross selling index
- Seek internal technical guidance from Field Application engineering, Product Management & Engineering function to plug product gaps & introduce new products. Work with Sales forecasting & Planning to ensure customer commitments are met with scheduling & forecasting
- Cash Flow: Is responsible for efficient cash flow, collection review, concessional forms and negotiate T&C for large businesses
- Systems & Processes: Develop and improve systems in OEM business to service contracts with customer service. Develop forecast mechanism to improve outlook of customers production. He/She is the key driver to implement sales effectiveness program that implements sales levers & imrpoves sales productivity
- End to End Systems: Develop & implement strategy with business development for increasing end to end system busines and reach out to more customers from existing & new accounts
- Dealers: Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business along with Channel Manager
