We have an urgent opening for the role of National Sales Manager - Mortgages with a leading NBFC.
Looking for 9 to 14 years of experience with leading Banks and NBFCs.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Develop sales growth strategy target market identification, mapping company's offerings to market needs, creating targeted annual / quarterly / monthly sales plans.
- Market making, demand generation and demand fulfillment.
- Performance driven role with defined KRAs, including but not limited to top-line / bottom-line targets; along with a team of sales professionals the National Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting / exceeding the targets covering the entire Sales Life Cycle (Prospecting to Sales covering Order-to-Cash).
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
Work closely with Key Account Management Team to maximize presence within existing / identified key accounts.
- In charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department's performance against targets.
- Augment the business volumes of mortgage lending in the region, manage client databases and tap them through Area Sales Managers and dedicated relationship managers
- Conduct builder activities to increase brand visibility and increase customer contact points.
- Focus on revenue generation through Maintaining IRR, PF and increasing insurance penetration.
