Modern Trade
The National Sales Head for Modern Trade will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth in the modern trade segment. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep experience in managing large accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a national sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the consumer durables market and experience in the modern trade channel. We are already having national level tie-ups with one of the leading retail players and intend to expand the business through other partnerships.
Must have expertise in handling MT & CSD/CPC Channels. Should be well networked among Large Retail Formats - Hypers, Departmental Chains, CSD Stores and CPC Stores.
General Trade
This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, overseeing retail and channel sales, and ensuring effective management of our distribution network. The ideal candidate will have experience in primary, secondary, and tertiary sales and a comprehensive understanding of a 360-degree sales route to market.
Should be key strategist & implementer with proficiency in translating business vision and strategy into operational tactics; experienced in Sales, Key Account Management, and directing Business Development.
Expertise in attaining new business through the key accounts, Efficient Distribution network and skilled at analyzing market trends to provide critical inputs for sales and business development functions.
