Our Client which is a US based MNC in medical devices is looking for a National sales manager for their robotics division.

Base location : Delhi, Chennai

Geography : PAN India

Segment : Robotics

Exp: 10 - 20 Yrs

Job Summary:

Increase market penetration in Robotics segment in the assigned geography utilizing the sales process in order to achieve revenue, profitability and expense targets.

Job Description :

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Lead nationwide sales to achieve sales targets.

Establish productive and professional relationships with the key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

Excellent relationships with CXO, CFO level KOL's

Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.

Grow revenue from current and new customer base.

Extensive experience in Capital Medical Equipments like MRI having worth in crores.

Implement locally all national promotions and programs.

Check whether Sales/Margin and collection target met or exceeded.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements..

Maintain consistent customer contact and relationship.

Market feedback on competitor's activity and offerings.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.

Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.

Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

Comfortable for a IC Role at national level.
