Description :

- Grow the India business and monitor the performance of all of the sales team.

- Monitor budgets to ensure that expenditures remain within parameters, taking appropriate steps as necessary

- Strategize, develop and deliver their market growth plan

- Develop new business in line with the market growth plan

- Establish and maintain effective internal relationships with each functional head.

Profile :

- Worked with strong brands in the Medical devices space

- handled India Sales operations

- Good KOL Connect

- Pedigree education (MBBS/BDS are preferred)

- Atleast 8 years of work experience
