- To Lead a Sales Team of the PAN India region.
- To handle the finalization of product's prices considering costing, competition, product positioning and bottom line.
- To develop and implement the Annual, Monthly and Quarterly Sales budget, manpower cost and marketing (product promotional meets, schemes, print media, exhibitions, etc.) cost.
- Skilled in analysing competitor strategies, customer surveys & feedback to facilitate the development of further sales, marketing & business strategies.
- Implementing Retail & Modern Trade strategies across India to achieve targets pertaining to budgets and business plan with full P&L responsibility
- Identifying new & appropriate locations for launching products and building a robust franchisee network for deeper market penetration and improving market share.
- Setting up new initiatives, managing operations through new prestigious clients, creating marketing plans and budgets, conducting market research studies, reviewing marketing plans & organizing various events
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves, to achieve market share metrics; mapping the promoters / clients requirements and architecting new solutions
- Covering entire INDIA (He should have National experience working on all India level).
Desired Candidate Profile
- 18-25 yrs. of experience in Sales at various levels with a minimum of 5 yrs. experience in a similar position in a renowned Medical devices Company.
- Excellent knowledge of PAN India Market - Distributors, Stockist, Super stockist, Retailers and key customers in the region.
- Excellent ability to train and motivate the team to put in their best efforts and achieve the best results.
- Good knowledge of Brand planning and brand promotion activities.
- Hands-on knowledge of using Computers and online tools for reporting and control of the team.
