About our Client - Our Client is a market leading firm in the Medical devices industry. They have an extensive presence in the country and have a diverse portfolio across hospitals, critical care, endoscopy. Recognized as an employer of choice, they are looking for a National Sales Manager to drive the business for them
Job Description - Reporting in to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
- Building and motivating the channel network for maximizing sales and profitability for the country
- Creating and implanting the business plan in line with national and global strategies
- Motivating and training the team nationally
- Developing new business and managing the strategic accounts nationally
The Successful Candidate - You will be a management graduate with atleast 15 years of experience, with atleast 10 years of experience in the medical devices industry. You have a very good understanding of the channel networks and have proven track record in growing businesses. Further, you must have exceptional leadership skills with a dynamic personality. In addition, you must have an entrepreneurial personality and exceptional communication skills.
