National Sales Manager - Medical Aesthetics
- Will lead the Aesthetics Equipment sales function in India and be responsible for planning the long term and short term strategic sales plans.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with doctors/ surgeons/ national chains / hospitals often involving high levels of management.
- Facilitate effective KOL & customer management and to plan and execute effective activities within assigned budgets and compliance guidelines
- Delivering annual sales targets, leading & motivating the sales team for profitable growth and to contribute to the bottom line.
- Identify opportunities for increasing sales and pursuit new business. Develop and implement plans and programs.
- Obtain information regarding customers present and anticipated needs, identifying opportunities for increased sales.
- Provide leadership that assists country sales/business management in setting strategic initiatives and programs to achieve corporate strategies.
- Execute marketing plans to achieve Aesthetics business sales targets.
- Develop volume and revenue forecasts & sales plans strategies for achieving desired results.
- Effectively communicate and negotiate complex sales contracts with customers.
- Educate customers on new products and product enhancements; articulate and present product features and benefits.
- Provide consultative services to customers, acting as technical resource providing solutions for product-related issues.
- Evolve a system wherein constant hands-on application and training is imparted to the users
- Monitor outstanding, minimize credit / receivables through risk assessment and ensure timely collections
- Responsible for all administrative and control / compliance related functions at Customer Business Units including complaint handling, storage / handling/ deliver, servicing and fulfilling market and customer needs; monitoring and reviewing Quality Procedures for all complaint handling and servicing related functions at field offices, training, motivation and retention of key personnel of sales.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the sales & application team
- Acquire complete/in-depth knowledge of all products and give on job training to team.
- Effective People Management & employee retention abilities.
Qualification And Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences or related discipline with Minimum 15+ Years of Sales Experience of Medical Equipment's and demonstrated excellent results (greater than 100% achievement).
2. Demonstrated ability to drive results in a team environment
3. Ability to manage and close complex sales
4. Ability to manage quota in excess of annual targets
5. High energy, highly motivated
6. First class relationship builder and communicator.
7. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
8. Previous experience in a similar or related position e.g. medical/pharma/aesthetic sales.
9. Highly presentable, someone who takes great pride in his or her professional demeanour.
