Currently looking for NSM Liability for Small Finance Bank Job Description- - Achieving &amp; exceeding Business goals and targets. Decide and implement region specific innovative strategies to meet business targets - Creating a strong &amp; compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development. - Manage the performance and operations of the liability branches in the Zone. - Will be responsible handling team of ZSM/RSM in the Liability Segment. - Products: CASA, Term Deposits &amp; Investment product. - Will be responsible for P&amp;L of the entire Liability portfolio - Recruit, train and manage performance of team - Ensure compliance with banking rules, regulations &amp; procedures. - Developing strategies and business plans for further growth of Liability division. - To provide inputs and creative solutions to maximize opportunity, effectively solve problems and manage risk to ensure achievement of targets - Keep up to date with developments in the different Sector e.g. news and competitive activity
