POSITION SUMMARY :
The National Sales Manager for LFR channel is accountable for managing end-to-end sales & distribution of accessories and lifestyle products through Large Format retail channel. The role covers all operational and strategic aspects of managing Organization's subsidiary in line with the company's visions, values and strategy as well as sound, long-term business practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1.Responsible for the business in his territory across all metrics of GP, EBITDA and GR against budget on a monthly and yearly basis
Ensure accurate forecasting as per monthly and yearly forecasting reports, ensure forecasts accuracy is over 90%
2.Plan, execute and achieve the budgeted sales targets as per the business plan.
3.Develop new channel partners and manage & enhance Relationship with Existing partners in Large Format Retail segment
4.Ensuring Sales Targets are met and will be responsible for the collections of the sales made.
5.Implementing sales promotion activities and rolling out trade specific schemes
6.Publish reports outlining all sales activity and communicate to mgmt. via daily, weekly and monthly scorecards
7.Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network and Online channels. Exploring new markets and to expand the distributor infrastructure and appoint new partners in untapped markets.
8.Develop & optimize marketing efforts tied in with growth and sales targets.
9.Manage key suppliers, distributors, Channel Partners and stakeholders
10.Develop and sustain the existing network and effectively manage the supply chain.
11.Monitoring cost and logistics
12.Ensure to collect/recover the sales realization and outstanding.
13.Administration of all Sales Offices, by Optimum utilization of resources, Funds and Cost Control in general and Sales & Distribution cost in particular.
14.Effective control & minimize the leakages & damages.
15.Ensure compliance with Organization and government policies and procedures.
16.Work with Regional Shared Services teams to ensure alignment on Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain
17.Ensure the team development plans are documented and leadership development plans in place for High performers
18.Participate in Regional Business performance reviews and QBR's along with the Business Head

- Exceptional leadership skills in overall business mgmt. combined with Operational process management expertise. Can move between strategic and operational elements easily.
- Ability to handle and launch products through Large format retail channel. Strong Sales background in Accessories, lifestyle products or consumer durable distribution sector.
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills across multiple geographies and cultures.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets. Demonstrate expertise leading operation, managing and improving profit & market share.
- Proven record in developing capability in subordinates via coaching, mentoring and robust application of Performance Management processes.
- High on work ethics & result orientation
- Understanding of P&L, financial metrics, balance sheet and ability to forecast accurately
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate across global, regional and local teams in both a service and execution capacity
