- Periodically arranging for the training of the team to increase the overall productivity of the team members.
- Monitor & Analyze performance of State Managers, Regional sales managers in hierarchy to track the performance of each Sales Team. Formulating the end-to-end business strategy to effectively manage the business development and achieving the locations/clusters business targets both in terms of portfolio numbers and quality as well.
- Identify new markets.
- Closely monitor portfolios of existing customers and provide prompt service.
- Collections & Delinquency management.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of systems, processes, and business and financial modelling.
- Develop and enhance channel sales & support functions - DSA/Connectors/Direct Business/ Contact Centres.
- Develop & implement overall collections framework.
- Preparing a detailed input for P&L and budgets. Business, branch & employee level profitability.
- Closely associate with all support groups.
