Position Title: National Sales Manager
Location: Gurgaon
Key Accountabilities
Role & Responsibilities -
- The position will involve selling of Company products and solutions to the assigned market and achieving annual sales quota and revenue.
- Should have experience in Government Sales, Solution Selling and Key Account Management
- Sales and business development in the Law Enforcement Agencies Market of India (State LEAs including state government departments) is preferred
- Understanding the nuances of consultative selling, SW product sales, working with teams across various verticals and geographies to achieve the objectives.
- Extensive travelling across India required. Occasionally out of India for exhibitions and company/customer events
- This is an individual contributor role.
- Prior experience in telecom operator sales from the Network OEM's side (Mobile operator customer sales) may also be considered as an alternate experience for those seeking a change to highly challenging security and analytics business in the intelligence for National Security domain
People Specification
- 8-12 years of relevant experience - India market
- Qualification Required: Bachelor's in Engineering (E&TC or Computer Science) Plus MBA
- Expertise in consultative selling
- Smart, go - getter with relationship management, inclination towards Geo Strategic affairs and international relations is not a must but will be suitably considered if available
- Think out of the box, collaborate, stay focused and excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills. Own customer / partner account, not only sales
- Expert in customer organization mapping, market strategy, product pitching, thinking ahead of the market
