- Responsible for the revenue and profitability goals from a set of customers and vendors
- Build, execute and monitor GTM plans with the respective vendors
- Ensures leading market share across all product categories and works out a detailed ramp-up plan with his/her DRs for those product categories which needs market share improvement
- Conducts periodic sales review with the team on Revenue, Profitability, Market Share, Working Capital, CSO stocks, Sales funnel, etc.
- Provide timely inputs on competition behavior/activities, market trends that would affect the current and future growth, change in vendor GTM, etc. to the product team and management team
