The Role :
Leadership role in Sales, responsible for strategic and operational direction for the sales team. Some of the highlights specific to the role are
- Providing vision and direction to the Sales Team and drive the business growth
- Work with the CEO and the Management team in formulating strategies in achieving business objectives with respect to sales growth and market gains
- Achieve business objectives in revenue, market share and growth
- Hire, coach and build leadership pipeline for Sales
The Candidate :
- Should have at least 20 years handling Sales in Industrial Consumables (Tools/Adhesives/Abrasives/Similar)
- Must be currently handling a national level sales responsibility in a reputed organisation (or regional level in a large organisation)
- Must have exceptional leadership skills
- Must have handled a large team in the current or previous roles
- Experience in both channel and institutional/direct sales is desirable
- Must be an Engineering Graduate (preferably Mechanical/Industrial)
Location : Mumbai (or Pune, based on candidate's preference)
Salary : 70 LPA (flexible for deserving candidates)
