National Sales Manager - HVAC OEM
Sales & Marketing Process
Main Goal :
- Developing HVAC OEM business in assigned areas, leading an assigned team
Organizational Relations / Hierarchy :
This position
- Hierarchically reports toSubsidiary Managing Director (solid line)
- Manages assigned or available resources (Sales and/or Technical)
Function :
This position is mainly in contact with
- HQs: HVAC OEM Business Unit Manager (BUM), Product Managers (PMs)
- Subsidiary: Managing Director (MD), HVAC OEM Sales Engineers, Technical Support, SW Support
Purpose Of Job :
- Identify, establish and consolidate relationships with major OEMs, Dealers and Partners in the markets leading team of Sales Engineers
- Define and execute local business strategy in cooperation with HQs BU (Corporate Vision), Regional CEO and local MD, and identify strategic actions and deploy it
- Drive the assigned Sales Organization to effectively promote Carel solutions & to work by defined strategy
- Be responsible, towards Managing Director, of assigned accounts- sales results;
- Be the contact point for customers and BUM;
- Be responsible to propose new initiatives to expand the market shares;
- Improve Carel Brand awareness, attending Exhibitions, Seminaries and Speeches;
- Cooperate with HQs Marketing Team to define medium and long term strategies;
- Collaborates with sales and engineering to develop product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
This position is responsible, in coordination with Managing Director:
- The performance, efficiency and sustainability of its assigned team;
- The professional development of its assigned team members;
Main Tasks :
- participation to identify Strategy
- responsible for market mapping
- identify and manage the DMU (Decision Making Units)
- selling by value
- regular strategic meetings with final customer
- pricing coordination
- participation in budget process
- participation to business review process
- responsible for forecast process
- participation inHVAC OEM Groupmeetings
- be reference for spreading technical and commercial knowledge with the team
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in the HVAC industry of at least 7 years
- Technical and Business education
- Project Management experienced
- Account Management experienced, with focus on OEMs
- People Management skill
- Strong leadership attitude, excellent communicator and decision maker
- Able to work by priority and targets
- Attention to details
- Good written and spoken English proficiency
