Achievement of budgeted business parameters :
- AUM
- Penetration
- Distribution
- Customer retention
- Sales force productivity
- Maintaining desired AUM yield
- Asset quality and fee income.
- Ensuring successful cross selling with parent customer base
- Work out strategic tie-ups with various interest groups, viz., developers, corporate's, demand aggregate's.
- Identifying new business opportunities in terms of product, geographies, customer segments.
- Provide market intelligence in terms of opportunities and threats.
- Helping and advising on adopting best practices.
- Foraying into non-fund based income generation.
- Actively guide, mentor and monitor the Regional Managers and Branch Managers, and provide leadership.
- Take initiative in brand building and sales promotional campaigns, and plan the digital footprint in all these areas.
