National Sales Manager - Home Loan/Mortgages - IIM/FMS/MDI/ISB

We are looking for a National Sales Manager for Home Loans / Mortgages segment catering to the Tier 2 cities in India which comprises the top 30 cities after the top 10 cities [Top 10 cities is Tier 1]

Role involves :

- Launch business in the cities where currently there is no presence.

- Identifying the emerging markets in the locations

- Established a strong sourcing team of ASM, SM's, Asst.SM's and RM's and distribution channels like connectors for sourcing qualitative, quantitative and consistent business.

- Driving the team for getting the business from asset based funding team (cross sell) for acquiring business at lower cost.

- Generate tieup's with builders for serving customized salaried customers

- Build a sustainable long term business

Requirements :

- Strong Sales orientation with minimum 10-12 years experience

- MBA from Premier Institute [preferably 2003 to 2006 batches preferred]

- Experience in Home Loan segment across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets preferred

- Mobility and travel is a part of the job. Those with constraints on this front wont be considered
