Position - National Sales Manager (HL/LAP)
Location - Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the affordable housing loan & loan against property segment.
- Lead and motivate a team of regional sales managers and sales executives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive business growth and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including developers, real estate agents, and financial institutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 14 years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 5 years in a senior management role in the affordable housing finance sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively across India.
