Vertical: Home loan B2B Role National Sales Manager ( Home Loan 80% + LAP 20% )
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling a large team and ensuring they are developed and equipped to handle the allocated market.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing relationships with key clients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- To identify new opportunities, design innovative products, and optimize sales processes.
- Explore and develop business opportunities with the developers about upcoming new launches, future business plans, etc.
- Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for RMs monitoring performance against set parameters.
- Engage and gain an understanding of future plans of developers; Align their plans with our business and sales objectives.
- Candidate with local network is preferred
- Provide inputs and support to the team, and impart training on process, product offering and developing better relations with Builders
- Support the sales team in terms process to ensure efficiency Own the Process & Policies and ensure the compliance on the same Keep self & team updated on the current best practices of the market
- Find ways to improve the product knowledge and understand industry practices.
- Motivate and monitoring the team to achieve monetary rewards (Business Incentives).
- Cascade objectives, establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team.
- Identify and create development opportunities, training, induction sessions, etc. for team members to enhance functional/ business knowledge Business Development
- Do competitor analysis on regular intervals.
- Requirement 12-20 Years Qualification Post Graduation degree in any discipline
