We are seeking to identify National Sales Manager for one of the leading Conglomerate for Mumbai location.

Role :

As National Sales Manager - Develops Sales strategy & KPI's that drive growth. Shapes sales strategy, develops leaders, and oversees sales process & improvements. Responsible for long term franchise sales strategy & results.

- Drive franchise growth, profitability and increase market share from existing and potential customers through implementation of best in class sales management practices. Translate franchise strategies to initiatives and enable achievement of business objectives.

- To enable customers deliver superior health outcomes by ensuring sales team is able to offer the best solutions.

- Identify opportunities & business risks and create plans to seize those opportunities and mitigate risks.

- Review and monitor the activities of the service provider organization

- Monitor & manage selling expense budgets

- Track and monitor competitor activities and devise appropriate strategies to deal with same

- Monitor channel health and ensure we have optimal channel to service customer demand

- Contribute to completion of special projects, as agreed.

- Perform detailed sales analysis and customer profiling leading to accurate and effective sales management.

- Liaise with and guide the sales team, optimising sales opportunities across all areas of the business through effective teamwork and cooperation.

- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through management of relationships, product support and service.

- Build relationships and develop loyalty with senior customers and decision makers

Preference :

Overall experience : The incumbent should have an overall experience of 10-12 years. Experience in Marketing & Sales preferably in an MNC setup. Prior experience in people management of large teams is essential for this role.

Education Background :

- MBA from a leading tier-1 business school in India is preferred (Batch 2001 to 2005)

- Experience in healthcare or consumer products industry is preferable
