National Sales Manager - Haircare Professional Business
This role is a part of the Professional Business team and the incumbent will be responsible for lead Sales function for professional business. The primary responsibility will be to lead Sales function, trade marketing and forecasting across different product ranges to achieve business objectives. The incumbent will be part of the core Professional Business Leadership team.
ROLE SPECIFICATIONS :
- Lead the national sales team
- Manage national trade marketing, forecasting, incentive planning
- Build business relations & distribution with salon partners with personal focus on key accounts, chain salons
- Lead functional capability building across levels of sales team
- Work with technical and marketing HODs to fructify company objectives at each salon
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
- Minimum 12 years of Professional industry experience in Sales roles. MBA (preferred). Incumbent should have led large and complex teams in Professional industry
- Should have handled national sales roles (or large regional roles) in previous organisations
- Experience of scaling up business in professional industry
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Strong on people management and interpersonal skills
- Relationship management acumen along with good communication and administrative skills
- High energy and passionate about new business development and fashion
