We are seeking a highly motivated National Sales Manager to oversee and drive the sales of our gold loan portfolio across the country. As the National Sales Manager, you will develop comprehensive sales strategies, provide leadership to the sales team, and ensure maximum growth and profitability of our gold loan business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for gold loan products aligned with corporate goals, customer insights, and market trends. Set ambitious yet realistic targets.
- Design and optimize sales processes to delight customers and provide seamless experiences. Identify process improvements through analytics.
- Attract, recruit, onboard and develop talented sales teams across geographies. Coach and motivate them to push boundaries.
- Analyze customer segments and regional market dynamics to tailor product positioning and go-to market approaches.
- Establish strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to drive collaboration.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent field.
- 10+ years of experience in banking, financial services sales with at least 8 years in sales leadership roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, motivational and result-oriented leadership style.
This position requires strong leadership capability along with deep sales experience in the gold loans sector. The right candidate will be an ambitious leader focused on maximizing growth, client relationships and profitability for this fast-growing portfolio. This may require frequent travel to different regions within the country to meet with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
