Job Description:
- Create and implement effective direct sales strategies toward achievement of corporate sales objectives.
- Provide sales management & budget control
- Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.
- Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities.
- Establish effective communication & sales channel with key business partners (Stockists, institutions, distributors, etc.)
- Provide revision of strategies through market visits, observations and measurement
- Proactively identify changes in healthcare, delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Prepare & present to the top management monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Lead a team of highly motivated sales force.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans.
- Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with all levels of management including India Generics Business Head, CEO, etc.
- Proven business analysis with the ability to proactively manage business and P&L to meet objectives.
- Strategy development, project management, problem solving, and change management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualification:
- Science Graduate with MBA / PGDM Marketing
Total experience: 12-15 Years
