Job Role and Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Create and execute national sales strategies to attain or exceed sales targets and enhance revenue growth.
- Continuously analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt and optimize sales strategies.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the national sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Establish clear performance objectives and provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure team success.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with major clients, distributors, and retail partners at the national level.
- Address client concerns and issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the national sales team against set targets and KPIs.
- Implement corrective actions and strategies to enhance overall sales performance.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and exploit opportunities for national market expansion and penetration.
- Develop and execute strategies to enter new regions, target untapped customer segments, and establish a strong national brand presence.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage the national sales budget.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost-effective operations while maintaining high sales performance.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on national sales activities, market trends, and progress toward set targets.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as necessary.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all national sales activities and practices are compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain high-quality standards for customer service and product delivery on a national scale.
Qualification and Experience:
- An MBA with top-quality institutions
- Minimum 10 years of Sales experience
